My career in real estate began with an immigration company, where I worked under the “Golden Visa” program (Greek residence permit when purchasing real estate for €250,000). Thanks to this position, I collaborated with many of the best agencies in Greece. I studied their specifics, approach to work, difference in mentality. The second stage in my career was working in one of the largest RE/MAX companies in the world. Here I received training, obtained a certificate and sold and rented real estate to my clients for 5 years. Thanks to the knowledge of 4 languages, my clients are people from different countries of the world. In the last few years, it has become very popular to buy real estate in different countries, and of course Greece is at the forefront of demand. Such a promising country is a tasty morsel for all prudent investors. Greece survived its deep crisis, survived the global epidemic with the rest of the world, and now it is at the stage of recovery, but I want to note that it is not yet at a peak.
